NEW AGENT ORIENTATION Learn everything you need to know about Family Realty GMAC in a one day session. Usually held the first Monday of each month. Leaders from every department of the company give an overview of how their department works and fits in to the bigger picture. Walk away with a firm grasp of our business operations so your first transaction is smoothly handled. MBA MBA training focuses on improving basic marketing skills necessary to list and sell property. The course is ideal as a refresher course. The intensive 11day curriculum includes insightful techniques for prospecting and referral generation. PHD (PARTNERS HELPING DEVELOP GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES) This action-oriented, coaching accountabilty program is guaranteed to take your business to the next level. Primarily designed for exerienced agents, the course teaches participants how to generate new business though rigorous prospecting Partners and Mentors. Requires participation six half-day sessions running consecutively on Fridays. COACHING Coaching program puts new agents on the path to success. Our program includes: One-on-one meetings Emails Phone calls Roundtable discussions to sharpen skills and synergize.
